Pitchline is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, or any football club. The official FPL site remains the source of truth for rules, deadlines, and transfers. Pitchline is free to use — a personal hobby project I built for myself and decided to put online for anyone who finds it useful.

What it is

Pitchline started as something I built for my own gameweeks: Pitchline player rankings, captain leanings, and squad-aware transfer ideas in one place. I put it online so other managers can use it too. There is no business model — no subscription, no ads, no upsell. If it helps you plan a gameweek, that’s enough.

What you can do

• Compare players side by side and share a link with mates
• Sign in to link your FPL team and get squad-specific advice
• Install Pitchline on your phone as a PWA for a full-screen app feel

How the advice works

Pitchline rankings and suggestions use simple heuristics — form, expected goal involvement, fixture difficulty, value, and availability. There is no machine-learning model and no guarantee of points. Treat it as a second opinion, not a tipster service.

Player and fixture data comes from publicly available Fantasy Premier League sources and is cached on the server. Always double-check the official FPL site before you confirm transfers or pick your captain.

Accounts & privacy

You can browse much of Pitchline without signing in. An account lets you save your linked team ID and unlock personalised squad advice. We only ask for what we need — see the Privacy policy for details.
