These terms apply when you use Pitchline (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Unofficial service — not affiliated

Pitchline is an independent, unofficial Fantasy Premier League helper run as a personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, any football club, player, or brand. Names, crests, badges, kit imagery, and player likenesses belong to their respective rights holders. Pitchline does not claim ownership of any of them. The Service is free to use. Features may appear, change, or disappear as the project evolves. There is no service-level agreement and no promise of uptime or continued availability.

2. The Service

Pitchline offers Fantasy Premier League tools such as Pitchline player rankings and squad suggestions. Features may change as the project is improved.

3. Accounts

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• Accounts have no public display names or manager profiles — identity on Pitchline is your email.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• I may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass others or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use Pitchline in ways that violate Fantasy Premier League’s own terms.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content via contact forms.

5. Public Fantasy data, imagery & advice

Player stats, fixtures, and related fields come from the free, unauthenticated public Fantasy Premier League JSON APIs (and, for historic training data, public archive datasets). Pitchline never logs into your Fantasy account and never posts transfers or lineup changes for you.

Club badges and player photos shown in the UI are likewise taken from public Premier League / Fantasy image URLs referenced by that public data, cached on Pitchline’s server only so pages can load them same-origin. They are displayed for identification only. Pitchline does not sell, relicense, or claim those images as its own.

Pitchline rankings and suggestions are for entertainment and research only. I do not guarantee accuracy or that following advice will improve your FPL score. Decisions you make in FPL are yours alone — always confirm on the official FPL site.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. See also the Privacy policy.
