These terms apply when you use Pitchline (the “Service”). By creating an account (you tick a box to agree when you join) or using the Service, you agree to them and to the Privacy policy.

1. Unofficial service — not affiliated

Pitchline is an independent, unofficial Fantasy Premier League helper with free Premier League games, run as a personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, any football club, player, or brand. Names, crests, badges, kit imagery, and player likenesses belong to their respective rights holders. Pitchline does not claim ownership of any of them. The Service is free to use; light advertising may appear to help keep it running. A plain-language summary is on the disclaimer page.

Features may appear, change, or disappear as the project evolves. There is no service-level agreement and no promise of uptime or continued availability.

2. The Service

Pitchline offers Fantasy Premier League tools such as Pitchline player rankings and squad suggestions, plus free games and daily puzzles (see section 6). Features may change as the project is improved. If you turn them on, Pitchline sends optional deadline reminder emails before each FPL deadline; you can turn them off at any time in your Account or from the link in any reminder.

3. Accounts

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• Accounts have no public display names or manager profiles — identity on Pitchline is your email. The games ask for a nickname, which other players see on that game’s tables; don’t pick one that is offensive or impersonates someone.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• I may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass others or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use Pitchline in ways that violate Fantasy Premier League’s own terms.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content via contact forms.

5. Public Fantasy data, imagery & advice

Player stats, fixtures, and related fields come from the free, unauthenticated public Fantasy Premier League JSON APIs (and, for historic training data, public archive datasets). Pitchline never logs into your Fantasy account and never posts transfers or lineup changes for you.

Club badges and player photos shown in the UI are likewise taken from public Premier League / Fantasy image URLs referenced by that public data, cached on Pitchline’s server only so pages can load them same-origin. They are displayed for identification only. Pitchline does not sell, relicense, or claim those images as its own.

Pitchline rankings and suggestions are for entertainment and research only. I do not guarantee accuracy or that following advice will improve your FPL score. Decisions you make in FPL are yours alone — always confirm on the official FPL site.

6. Free-to-play games & stakes

Last Fan Standing, Six (including Beat the Heroes, Scorers, Season picks, Captain Call, Five-a-Side, and the Knockout Cup), and the daily puzzles (Guess the player, Higher or Lower, Pitch Grid, and Career Path) are free to play. There are no entry fees, no paid prizes, and no betting on Pitchline. Pitchline doesn’t hold, collect or pay out money or prizes. Anything at stake is agreed between members.

Private Last Fan Standing pools, Six leagues, and Five-a-Side leagues are set up by their owner. Members can leave, and pool and Six league owners can delete them. A Six league owner can add a short “what’s at stake” note (for example, who buys the next round). That note is between the members of that league. The Pitchline Heroes (Clark, Diana, and Peter) are fictional players run by Pitchline and can appear in any game. Pitchline does not arrange, enforce, or take part in it, and you must not use it for gambling or anything unlawful where you live.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. See also the Privacy policy.
