This policy explains what information I collect and how it is used when you use Pitchline. Pitchline is an unofficial Fantasy Premier League helper you can use for free — not affiliated with Fantasy Premier League or the Premier League.

Information I collect

• Account details — email address, password (stored securely hashed), and display name
• FPL team link — the optional Fantasy Premier League team ID you choose to connect
• Messages — contact-form submissions and any replies I send
• Moderation — reports about abusive display names
• Usage data — session cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus publicly available FPL player and fixture information used to power Pitchline rankings and advice
• Analytics — when enabled, Google Analytics may collect anonymised usage metrics such as pages viewed and approximate location, via cookies or similar technology from Google
• Advertising — the Service may show light advertising; ad partners may use cookies or similar technology as described in their own policies

How I use it

• To provide Pitchline rankings, squad advice, and your account
• To send email confirmation and password-reset messages when needed
• To review contact messages and keep the community safe
• To understand how Pitchline is used so I can improve it

Sharing

I do not sell your personal information. I may use trusted email delivery providers solely to send account-related messages. When analytics or advertising is enabled, Google or ad partners may process usage data under their own terms — see Google’s privacy policy.

Retention

I keep account data while your account is active. Contact messages remain until I remove them. You can ask me to update or delete information via the contact form or your Account settings where available.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your account, including hashed passwords and signed sessions. No online service is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
