Top four and the bottom three are marked. Tie-break is goal difference, then goals scored.
About this table
This Premier League table is built from the match scores Fantasy Premier League publishes. It updates once FPL records a result, so it can trail the official table for a short while after full time. Tap any column heading to sort by it, or a club to open its fixtures and squad.
The columns
- P, W, D, L: matches played, won, drawn and lost.
- GF, GA, GD: goals for, goals against, and the difference between them.
- Pts: three for a win, one for a draw.
- Form: the last five results, with the most recent on the right.
Clubs level on points are split by goal difference, then goals scored.
Using it for FPL
The table tells you who’s winning, but not always why. A side high on goals for is a good place to look for attackers; a low goals against points to defenders and goalkeepers who keep clean sheets. Early in the season a few lucky results can flatter a team, so check expected goals to see whether the chances back it up. Pitchline’s match predictions work the same way: expected goals count for more than actual goals, because they’re steadier.
